Megan was truly a life saver. My husband and I currently live out of state and knew we would more than likely need to buy our home sight unseen depending on competition. Megan was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy during the entire process. She was always available- after hours and weekends. Megan was always on top of her follow ups and makes her clients feel like a priority!! She was so patient with us and always made sure we felt comfortable with any decisions. She helped us score our dream home. She is very honest and upfront but also extremely compassionate and empathetic which made the scary process, less scary. We will be using her again when it's time to sell and would recommend to her any of our friends or family.

Relocating from California to Michigan was a very big deal for our family. We were lucky to be referred to Megan. Having grown up and currently living in the Grand Rapids area, she was able to provide unique insights into specific towns and neighborhoods. She was also more than willing to accommodate us by doing FaceTime tours, videos of property/neighborhoods, and meetings at times that would be convenient for us given the time difference. On a personal level, she is also very humble and easy to relate to, yet also very professional. She was so patient with us and helped us to find a home that is so perfect for our family! You need to have an option for less than a week on the market :) I feel like we are cheating Megan when I say it took "up to two weeks" when we had offers in a few days
